Smart QR Code Based Conference ID

This Quick Response (QR) code-based conference ID card is designed to help conference attendees quickly identify themselves and check into the conference. It uses a unique QR code that is printed on the card on spot and can be scanned using an EventUp app

Digital Verifiable eCertificate

A digital verifiable conference participant certificate is a digital document that confirms a person's attendance at a specific conference. This certificate is usually issued by the organizers of the conference and can be verified online by the recipient using EventUp platform through Certificate Code.

Digital Poster Presentation Platform

Our platform has a user-friendly interface that allows the participants to submit their posters; Verification module that allows the organizers and participants to verify the posters before they are displayed. Evaluation module that enables the reviewers to evaluate the posters. Finally, Display module that allows the participants to view the posters in a digital environment.

Digital Oral Presentation Platform

EventUP also provide platform for the uploading the oral presenter presentation before hand., and making the delivering the presentation with our state-of-art presentation modules.

EventUP Conference Feedback System

Our system can be used to collect feedback from attendees of a conference or event. The system can be used to collect, analyze, and report on feedback from attendees in real time, allowing event organizers to make immediate changes to improve the event. Conference Check-In System

QR Code based Conference ID card can scanned at the check-in point viz., Conference Kit, Food Court, Auditorium / Lecture Hall etc. This allows for quick and efficient check-in as well as tracking of who is attending the conference. Additionally, it can be used to quickly update the attendance list in real-time.
